The “Madonna” Lift has generated plenty of chatter recently, with many wondering how the ageless pop star (yes, that Madonna) managed to get such a wide-eyed look without undergoing traditional eyelid surgery. The non-surgical laser procedure that Madonna used to turn back the clock on her eyes is one that anyone can indulge in and we are now offering at Skin Technology.

This new laser procedure lifts the entire face, making you look younger and more radiant without surgery or needles. Specifically, the eyes can make us look older when the surrounding skin is sagging or dry. Now we can treat this skin safely and effectively without surgery. The Madonna Fractional Lift dramatically reduces the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles, tightens upper and lower eyelid skin, and helps to elevate drooping eyebrows making the eyes look more open. This procedure can also be done on the entire facial area, reducing sagging around the mouth and other areas of the face.

We use the most advanced fractional CO2 laser known as the SmartXide Dot. This technology uses a beam of light about the width of a hair to penetrate the skin removing the old damaged skin to incite the body’s natural healing process to create new, youthful collagen in the skin. This causes the skin to plump up, tighten and soften to restore a natural glow.

No anesthesia is required other than a topical numbing cream. It takes only a few minutes and most patients see results right away. Generally between three and five treatments are required and you continue to see improvement for up to six months following each treatment. Treatments are typically done every two weeks with almost no downtime and patients can apply makeup and go back to work right away. Results can last up to five years.
